About the role
The role of the Account Development Director is to build and grow existing client relationships in order to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profits, achieving financial sales and revenue targets, and further cultivating existing accounts.
You will be responsible for leading and managing existing client relationships to drive business expansion and ensure client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the business development of existing clients, overseeing all aspects of account development, developing and executing account plans, setting account targets and objectives, identifying areas of account growth and collaborating with internal teams to develop client accounts to meet annual objectives . As well as, leading BD and client-relationship management, the accounts director will track new markets and trends, recommend new services, grow new strategic partnerships, identify and manage new client opportunities, write proposals, and help guide the long-term objectives to meet business objectives.
